Uncle Wayne, Mark & David,
I want to send you three my love during this very difficult time! Aunt Leona was a wonderful woman who will be very missed by all of us! May you all find some peace during this time of heartache and sorrow! My thoughts and prayers are with you!
To my Aunt Leona,
I will miss you! Although I didn’t see you to often as I have gotten older (and moved to the city) I remember spending some pretty great times with you and no matter how long it had been, when you seen me you always gave me the biggest smile and hug. I’ll miss that! When I seen you in Ottawa in 2015 you asked me to come visit you…I never did. I will forever be sorry I didn’t! Give Gram and Gramps the BIGGEST hug from me!!
Sending all my love to you!!
Love always,

Dear Wayne, Paul, Colleen, Jennifer:
I was given the opportunity and privilege of working with Leona many years ago, I learned so much from one of the best. Leona shared with all of us how to provide care with respect, compassion, dignity and love. Leona was so calm, caring and real. She lit up a room with her smile and brought calm to the sick with her professional manner. Leona was so gentle,a true gem to the health care team. Of course her carrier came second to her family where I know she was an incredible wife, sister, mom and sister in law too.
My deepest sympathy to your entire family

Dear Wayne and family I wish there were stronger words then I’m so sorry for your loss as these don’t seem to be strong enough for how much Leona will be missed not just by her family but everyone who knew her.
