The death occurred on February 3, 2012 of Les Knott at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital. Les was born in Toronto, ON on February 25, 1930 to parents Louis and Margaret Knott. On March 10, 1951 he married Grace Cann in Port Hope, ON. He is survived by children Lynn Goodfellow and her husband Braden, Craig Knott, and his adopted daughter Christine Spencer and her husband Stan, also grandchildren Sausha Knott, Jennifer and Graeme Goodfellow.
Throughout his life he was a mechanic and garage owner, production plant floor worker to manager and finally entrepreneur and printing business owner. He was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed horticulture, drawing and painting, woodworking, crossword puzzles, fishing ,BBQing, observing nature and computer games
